Do you have a process that allows leaders and employees to suggest and develop innovation ideas? The Innovation Acceleration Process program will focus on processes and tools needed to brainstorm, prioritize, and develop innovative ideas. ·     Determine which ideas to shelve, which ones need more analysis, and which ones to implement.

·     Develop project plans for your ideas that will define the opportunity statement, solution statement, related analysis, steps for implementation, budget and resources required to implement the innovation.

·     Prepare a presentation for a mock top-management pitch and receive development feedback.
